Steve currently lives in Phoenixville, PA and has been married to his wife Louise for 40 years. He also has 4 children, Michael, Brendan, Heather & Allyson.
Steve has been doing gymnastics since he could walk! He was on Conestoga’s varisty gymnastics team for 4 years and also the West Chester University men’s gymnastics team.
Steve has been coaching all levels of gymnastics for 40+ years, has been coaching at a competitive level for 35+ years, and he has been owner and head coach of AJS Pancott Gymnastics for 24 years. Steve’s gymnast have received a multitude of awards under his tutelage including: State, Regional and National Championships, All-American collegiate, US Olympic Training Center and TOPS camp located in Texas.
Steve has a background check and is a certified USAG coach. He is also Safety Certified, 101 and 110, and SafeSport. He is a certified meet director, on the Presidents Council of Physical Fitness, and a USAG and Safety certified clinician.
Steve has received many awards for his achievements as gymnastics coach. When he is not in the gym he can be found playing golf, fishing, boating or traveling with his family.

Casey currently lives in Conshohocken, PA and has been a gymnast since she was 2 years old. Casey had spent 6 years as a level 10, and 1 year training as an elite gymnast. She also attended Penn State University on a full scholarship for gymnastics for 4 years as an All Around gymnast.
This year (2020) will be Casey’s 9th year coaching gymnasts level 7-10 and has also coached compulsory as needed. This will be her 3rd season at AJS Pancott Gymnastics!
Casey has coached multiple level 3-10 state and regional champions, national qualifiers and medalists, including college bound athletes.
Outside of the gym she enjoys her 3 dogs, competitive weightlifting, CrossFit, and being with friends.
One of her extra special achievements is having an award at Penn State University named after her!

Cailey grew up competing for USAG at Cherry Lane Gymnastics in Long Island, NY before becoming a Cheerleader at West Chester University. She Majored from West Chester in Atheletic Training and minored in Nutrition. Cailey then attended James Madison University where she received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Physical Activity. Her focus of research was dietary acculturation of international student athletes when adapting to the American culture.
Cailey has coached gymnastics for 10 years, and has coached at AJS Pancott Gymnastics for 8 of those years. Cailey is certified and specializes in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Instrumed Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. In addition to coaching at AJS, Cailey is also an Athletic Trainer at Villanova University working with cross country/track and filed. She previously worked at JMU as an athletic trainer with the tennis team. Cailey also has Gymnastics Athletic Training experience at Ball State Gymnastics Camp: 2019. Ursinus College Gymnastics: 2015 and Woodward: 2014.
When Cailey is not in the gym she is visiting New York, going to the beach as much as possible and going to Met games!
