CAILEY RYAN

Cailey grew up competing for USAG at Cherry Lane Gymnastics in Long Island, NY before becoming a Cheerleader at West Chester University. She Majored from West Chester in Atheletic Training and minored in Nutrition. Cailey then attended James Madison University where she received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Physical Activity. Her focus of research was dietary acculturation of international student athletes when adapting to the American culture.
Cailey has coached gymnastics for 10 years, and has coached at AJS Pancott Gymnastics for 8 of those years. Cailey is certified and specializes in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Instrumed Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. In addition to coaching at AJS, Cailey is also an Athletic Trainer at Villanova University working with cross country/track and filed. She previously worked at JMU as an athletic trainer with the tennis team. Cailey also has Gymnastics Athletic Training experience at Ball State Gymnastics Camp: 2019. Ursinus College Gymnastics: 2015 and Woodward: 2014. 
When Cailey is not in the gym she is visiting New York, going to the beach as much as possible and going to Met games!
